Shipping Policy

Made to Order

Every Sacred Iron piece is engraved to order. Nothing is pulled from a shelf. Because of this, please allow processing time before your order ships.

Processing Time

Most orders are engraved and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. During high-volume periods (new drops, holidays), processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Rates

• Standard Shipping (USPS First Class / Priority): Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over a qualifying amount (shown at checkout).

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

Domestic & International

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time but is something we are working toward.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue — whether that means a replacement or a refund.
